  I absolutely love Healthlink! The doctors, nurses and admin staff are absolutely wonderful and have always bent over backwards to be able to help me out. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the pharmacist. She is rude and disrespectful any time that I have ever gotten a prescription filled there. I don't get scripts through the onsite pharmacy anymore. I don't need to be shamed every time I go to get my tablets, which by the way are essential to me being able to function as a normal person in society. Other than that, my doctor is awesome and his wonderful staff are the best

  Dr Bartsch has been my doc for a long time. He is patient and tolerant, efficient and competent - that's why he's been my doc for a long time. It's always best to make an appointment but nice to know you can walk in

  If I could leave minus stars, I would. We rang to ask about the wait and were told there were barely any patients and that it would take less than 10 minutes to see a doctor. When we arrived at the clinic, we were told there was OVER AN HOUR WAIT and the entire place was packed to the rafters with patients! As we were leaving in disgust from being lied to, one of the patients rushed out to tell us that she too was absolutely appalled with the service. Apparently one of the doctors was leaving today, and staff had decided it was more important to have a going away party than to attend to their patients! I will never come here again.

  . The pharmacists are lovely and helpful, and knowledgeable. I do have an 'issue' with one of the allied people, but that's probably just someone being tough with me .........

  I have always found this place a very good place, most of the staff are quite lovely, the only reason I didn't give all 5 stars is that the ladies toilets down Dr Guptas end always smells bad, and whenever I have gone in there, the tap is always running-the other one is running a lot of the time as well-, I have informed the receptionist about it, and they in turn tell me they have informed the practice manager, but nothing has changed, I am disappointed, we are meant to be saving water, NOT wasting it!. And although I don't get my meds at the pharmacy, I too have found the pharmacist a bit caustic, and don't go there if I can help it.
