  Have now gone three and a bit weeks now without air conditioning and now when it finally gets fixed it will be a month. I called up when it happened and followed through with an email that same day regarding the problem, my parter called twice regarding when it would be fixed and on her second follow up call (two and a half weeks since I called) they finally got the 'message' and it still took a few days to be finally told when it would eventuate. Never had a problem with this real estate and was really happy with it until there was a management change.

  Terrible management, I had my property managed through them. Would not recommend them to anyone at all. Tried to change real estate towards the end of last year. My new real estate and myself spent weeks on end trying to get the keys off them . I rang them countless of times to find out why they were taking so long to hand everything over to my new real estate no one could help me they would always refer me to someone else to assist me who wasn't there and said this person would call me back. no one did. It was so stressful considering I lived out of town.!!!

  1 month ago I organised to view. House in Cosgrove with the property manager Jordyn we organised to view the house at 5:30pm i arrived at the house at 5:25pm. 6:00pm come by and no one was here i though traffic was backed up so I waited longer 6:30pm come along no one come I rang the after hours number and they said they did not book me in. I said yes I was because I got the reminder text they told me to wait so I did 7:00pm they arrive I view the house.

  02/11/2017 in the morning I called jordyn and I asked to view another property on 03/11/2017 they booked me in to view the property at 4:30pm she took my name and number down and said see you then. I rang up and 2:30pm to check if I can still view the house and I get put on hold then the phone hung up I call back and explained the phone cut out . Another lady answered and said sorry the house was gone on the 02/11/2017 in the afternoon. Why did I not get a phone call to let me know the house was gone.

  I dealt with Jordyn and Debrah, both very compassionate and welcoming professionals. I’ve dealt with lack of full disclosure in other real estates which left me quite annoyed. These women however went above and beyond for me and catered to every question I had. I saw a property, liked the property, and was in within a week. Highly recommend this real estate if you’re looking for true human contact and understanding, thank you so much ladies !

  I will never rent or buy a house through this real estate. I have been stuffed around twice and I am over it.
